How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This natural cotton tote bag combines a flat 38 × 42 cm body with short handles. The 140 g/m² fabric folds flat for storage between uses. Choose this model for branded materials or giveaways when carrying by hand suits the contents; it has no side or bottom gusset.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
My artwork uses a special font. Do I need to send it?
Tell us which font you used. To avoid substituted lettering, supply a PDF with the fonts embedded or text converted to outlines, if you can. Keep an editable original separately. We will check the supplied file before you approve the final artwork.
Will you proofread or translate the wording in my design?
Please check the wording, spelling and language yourself before approving the final artwork. Preparing a logo for print is not a promise of proofreading or translation. If you need either service, ask us to confirm its scope separately before ordering.
Will the ink look exactly like the colour on my screen?
A screen preview is not a physical ink-colour sample. Displays and fabric can affect how a colour appears. If colour matching is critical, include your colour reference and ask how the result can be checked before approving production; do not rely on the screen alone.
Two colleagues need to approve the design. How should we handle that?
Agree internally who will send your final written approval. Collect your colleagues’ comments before that approval, and identify the agreed file version clearly. Do not treat separate or conflicting comments as one final approval; clarify the decision with us first.
Is each bag delivered in its own plastic sleeve?
The product specification does not promise individual sleeves. Tell us whether you need bags loose or individually wrapped, and ask for the packing arrangement and any effect on the quote to be confirmed. Do not assume individual packaging from a gallery image.
