How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

The natural colour and flat 38 × 42 cm shape make this cotton tote bag a straightforward choice for branded event materials, company giveaways and everyday use. Its 140 g/m² cotton fabric folds flat when the bag is empty, while the 70 cm handles allow it to be carried over the shoulder. There is no gusset, so choose this model when a flat bag suits the contents you plan to carry.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. We check the print details with you, and nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.

Before you order
How long will my quotation remain valid?
Ask us to state the quotation’s validity and conditions in writing. A saved calculator view does not reserve the price or production capacity. When returning to an older quote, have the price, stock and schedule reconfirmed before proceeding; do not assume it remains open indefinitely.
Does a valid EU VAT number automatically mean a VAT-free invoice?
No. A valid VAT number alone does not guarantee an invoice without VAT. Give your company details and delivery country so the applicable VAT and final amount can be confirmed before payment. The website’s business prices exclude VAT; they are not a tax-exemption decision.
Can I pay in a different currency from the one in my quotation?
Follow the currency and payment instructions in your quotation or invoice. If you need another currency, request confirmation before paying. Do not convert the amount yourself and assume it settles the invoice; a different settlement currency is not promised on this product page.
Will I receive an editable vector file prepared from my logo?
Preparing your logo for this print order does not by itself promise delivery of an editable source file. If you need a reusable vector file, agree the format and what will be supplied before ordering. Your rights in the original materials and delivery of a particular working file are separate matters.
Can one batch be invoiced separately to two companies?
State both legal entities, each one’s quantity and the invoicing arrangement before the final quote. Split invoicing is not included automatically. Ask whether it is possible and how it affects order confirmation and payment; one delivery or design does not settle those details.
