Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Does a 70 cm handle mean the bag hangs 70 cm below my shoulder?
No. The listed 70 cm is a handle measurement, not a stated shoulder-to-opening drop. That drop is not specified on the page. If the hanging height matters, ask for a measurement diagram or a physical sample rather than treating handle length as vertical clearance.
Can several partner logos share one side of the bag?
Send the logos together in one proposed layout, with their relative sizes and spacing. They need to be reviewed as a complete composition. The number of logos is not the number of ink colours; the printable layout, method and price must be confirmed for the combined artwork.
Can I change the artwork after sending my enquiry?
Send the replacement clearly labelled and ask us to confirm which file is current before you approve a proof. Do not approve an outdated version. Production requires final written artwork approval; any effect of a change on price or scheduling needs confirmation before proceeding.
Will the bags arrive pressed flat with no folds across the print?
The page does not promise a pressed or completely crease-free presentation. If the bags must be displayed flat, include that requirement in your enquiry and ask how they will be packed. Fabric weight alone does not guarantee a particular finish after packing and transport.
How do I request more than 1,000 of this model?
Use the more-than-1,000 enquiry option and state the actual quantity, artwork and delivery destination. Do not apply the 1,000-piece table price to a larger order yourself. Availability, price and schedule for the full quantity need to be confirmed in the quotation.
